Hi everyone, This one has a couple of us stumped here, and we're not finding it in the Documentation.
When someone tries to transfer to an agent that is no longer employed (hence no email address), calls are going to an off hours mailbox NightMail.
This is what we see in the CallLog
14:30:14: No email address - using default Voicemail Recipient address
Where or where is the default Voicemail Recipient address located ?
