    Can someone explain this to me in a much more simpler way? I am still new to Call Attendant and I want to have a deeper understanding about it.

    Firstly I'd like to suggest that you attend the "Configuring Call Flows" class from Beyond. This covers the fundamentals of using Attendant.

    To your question, the topic of attributes is quite a large one. What is it you are trying to achieve?
