  • 1.  CIC Web Based phone PCC

    Is CIC Web Based Phone available for PureConnect Cloud customers? I have a PCC customer who wants to deploy a bunch of new agents and I want to get them using Interaction Connect (they've been hanging on to Interaction Client) but they want to use a softphone type setup. Would be nice not to have to deploy the SIP soft phone software. Any experience people have had would be helpful.

    This is available to PCC but requires an on-premise edge device. We are looking to move to a cloud-based edge device setup in the future. This is on our roadmap.

    OK great. Looks like it uses a NAT traversal so I think it should work well for remote users. I'll talk to the account rep about pricing and all that. Thanks for the information.
