Is CIC Web Based Phone available for PureConnect Cloud customers? I have a PCC customer who wants to deploy a bunch of new agents and I want to get them using Interaction Connect (they've been hanging on to Interaction Client) but they want to use a softphone type setup. Would be nice not to have to deploy the SIP soft phone software. Any experience people have had would be helpful.
