    I am looking for a document for CHAT configuration, i have received instructions from management to activate chat on CIC, I need your assistance to configure and integrate with website.

    Hi Meraj 

    I have implemented webchat for my site. Now I am looking for a way to Push URL from Interaction Connect/Desktop to customer webpage and that webpage should push automatically to a new browser window.

    I have gone through Webchat configuration in the Administrator guide, but there is not much detail about the Message URL. 

    Please let me know if you have any idea about this.
