  • 1.  Deleting Status Mappings

    Is it possible in Optimizer to delete status mappings, we have an array of statuses that we set up originally when we were configuring the system, and now need to clean them up

    yes you can, but manually.
    optimizer table copies all statuses from the system into own table.
    so please clean your IC admin first.
    then do a clean of IO table, then it will re-populate the statuses.
