I am looking for a solution ( Not Interaction Dialer ) , where an agent places an outbound call to customer.
And as soon as the call gets connected to customer , we would like to play an audio wav file to customer and then agent continues handling the customer on the call.
Is there a way , I checked few documentation about Attendant Outbound profiles.
But our requirement is agent can dial any customer number but everytime the agent places the outbound call to customer , we have to play a message to customer and then continue with the call.
