This is probably a stupid question - if service account establishes a session via ICWS, can a call be initiated for a particular user using that service account's session?
The case we're trying to resolve is a user is logged into a third-party web-based software (using OAuth and AD) and we need for them to be able to place a call from that software (which we can customize). I'm sure using a service account for that is not right but also not sure if somehow the AD credentials can be used already authenticated to the software.
Appreciate any pointers in the right direction!
