Our call center supervisors are having issues when trying to Live Listen during Callbacks in Interaction Desktop. Live listen works fine with normal call interactions but there is no sound when trying to listen to a callback. Listen button is available and when you click it, the Callback window pops up so it seems like it is trying to work. Any ideas? Thanks everyone!
