Hi Chris,
We are thinking this is an IA setting as opposed to an Optimizer setting. I notice in your screen shot you are viewing the intra-day for workgroups. Can you check or an Admin check Interaction Administration workgroup configuration to see if you can identify a difference. You may have already done this. In IA you will find this screen as follows. People>Workgroups Pick a workgroup in that SU and see if it looks like like the screenshot here. Just trying to see if we can find a source.
