    Hi Team

    Regarding the Service Level report SL1 SL2 SL3 SL4 ...etc.
    The configuration for it 5, 10, 20, 30 sec ...etc, So If I need As example the calls abandoned less than or equal 20 sec the SL3 included on it or the time is 00:00 to 00:4, 00:05 to 00:9, 00:10 to 00:19 like this?
