  • 1.  Oracle 12c End of Life

    Hi,

    Just looking for any information or advice regarding PureConnect compatibility with later releases of the Oracle database. Currently we have a customer on Oracle 12c which is an end of life product this year. Has anyone migrated to a later version, if so what was the outcome? Are later releases currently supported by Genesys, or is there a plan for them to be supported?

    Any guidance would be appreciated.

    Gareth,

    The latest information on what is tested and considered compatible / is supported with PureConnect can be found on TestLab. This coveres both hardware and software.

    I can see that currently, only Oracle 12c is supported, however if that is going EOL, I would think our developers are working on later versions. I will have a dig around and let you know whet I find (if anything).
