  • 1.  PMQ Retry for Interaction Process Automation

    I am trying to find documentation on how to initiate the PMQ Retry process for Interaction Process Automation but haven't found the exact command.  I know I need to run the sendcustomnotification command on the PureConnect server but I am not 100% sure of the correct syntax, can anyone help with this?

    Hello Andrew,

    PMQ handling is described in the PureConnect Installation and Configuration guide.
    The instructions to initiate the PMQ Retry process when .ERR files reman in a PMQ directory are available here:

    As the Interaction Process Automation .ERR files are not mentioned explicitly I suspect that the retry needs to be triggered rather by renaming the files as described there than by triggering it with a sendcustomnotification command.
