PMQ handling is described in the PureConnect Installation and Configuration guide.
The instructions to initiate the PMQ Retry process when .ERR files reman in a PMQ directory are available here:
https://help.genesys.com/pureconnect/versions/2018r5/desktop/reprocessing_pmq_files.htmAs the Interaction Process Automation .ERR files are not mentioned explicitly I suspect that the retry needs to be triggered rather by renaming the files as described there than by triggering it with a sendcustomnotification command.
