We would like to get your opinions on this request of our client to remove the voicemail offering of the agents to the caller.
Scenario:
Agents received a call and unable to pick up the call and after sometime a message play to the caller " You Have reached the voicemail of agent name"Our client wants to remove that message:
Below are the actions we take to try to remove it.
1. Remove the Mailbox configuration
2. Disable all the voicemail settings on security rights from default user, roles, workgroup and user.
3. Check if there is any personal prompts configure on the client side, which is none.
Is there a way to remove that message
" You Have reached the voicemailbox of agent name"
