  • 1.  SIP Soft Phone Provisioning issue

    Hello Members,

    We are getting below error while provisioning  the SIP Soft Phone

    Message=No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 192.168.1.182:8089

    This error are getting on Agent Desktop PC



    what could be the possible reason for this and how we can resolve it .

    any help would be highly appreciable

    Hi,

    We are now able to provision SIP phones.
    We could not pin point the issue. But reinstalling the IC and media server helped.

    Appreciate the pointers from the community members.
