  • 1.  ICBM-Dialer call history

    Hi everyone,


    we are facing issue while pulling dialer call history report we are not getting the Disposition details in the report.

    1) we have created role under Access control group  for this role only we are not getting the disposition details. if we add Administrator role we can see the disposition  details. i have attached the image for your reference.

    Naveen,

    In order to view the wrap up category/codes in the Dialer reports the user running the reports require Admin Access rights.  This is documented here:
    https://help.genesys.com/cic/mergedProjects/wh_rh/desktop/call_history_report.htm

    Admin Access rights are required for the  Wrapup category and Wrapup code to be displayed in the report. If you do not have the appropriate rights, the ID (GUID) of the category or code is displayed in the report column.

    Once you apply the rights the user running the Dialer reports will be able to view this data.
