    Hi Team

    Can change the icons for Status in Interaction Desktop?

    Yes you can change them.
    These are .ico files usually in ..I3\IC\Sever\Resources folder and you can add youw own ico files there.
    Then in Interaction Administrator, go to Status Messages and for each status message select the new ico files you want.
