    Hi,

    My customer  is  using Pureconnect on-premise 2019 R1 and they  want  to see a demo on CX insight on their system with the real data.
    Is CX insight available  on 209 R1 or  I need  to upgrade  and what are  the requirements  to implement CX insight.

    Hi Mohanad,

    CX Insights is available now for premise customers only.  We have 11 real-time dashboards showing workgroup and agent statistics.  Later this year we will have custom dashboards and historical data.  Our Tech Sales Team can give demos of the existing features.  Please reach out to your account exec to arrange a demo.  You can see more information about installing and configuring CX Insights here:
