I am new in using IC Business Manager - And I'm trying to check and audit to make sure all agents have the correct workgroups. So far, what I do is check them one by one. Is there anything I can do to skip the manual intervention and generate a report somewhere?

Thank Tim. I'm not sure what access I currently have. I think I only have - one creating a workspace - for real time monitoring and reports
