Using Screen Analytics for Quality Questionnaires

    ​Hello,

    I am curious if anyone else uses screen analytics for Quality evaluations.  We presently attach a questionnaire to the audio recording, however the screen captures have different recording IDs and are not connected.  Looking for best practices so I can connect the recordings in all reports - ie/ what percentage of evaluated calls have screen recordings?
