In PureConnect (Version CIC 2018 R5 Patch 15):
Can you set up whisper audio for all agents as opposed to agents only configured for auto-answer?
Whisper audio was configured using "Eic_CustomWhisperFile" attribute. Right now it is working only when auto-answer enabled.
