Hello Laurent - The user would need to have access to any view before the New View menu option would appear. I would start by granting the Security Right > User Rights > View Interaction Details.
User should then see the one view option at a minimum.
A log off and exit in ICBM is required to see the change after modifying the user/role.
If the user is properly licensed, they should see view options for the accompanying module accordingly. For example, if you apply the Interaction Supervisor Plug-In: Workgroup license, the user would then see the Agents and Workgroup views without the need to apply any Access Control or a Security Rights.
