  • 1.  user unable to create view in IC Business Manager

    Hello,

    which right do I need to assign so that a user can create and manage views in Business Manager ? He is able to create workspaces but not views...

    Hello Laurent - The user would need to have access to any view before the New View menu option would appear.  I would start by granting the Security Right > User Rights > View Interaction Details.


    User should then see the one view option at a minimum.


    A log off and exit in ICBM is required to see the change after modifying the user/role.

    If the user is properly licensed, they should see view options for the accompanying module accordingly.  For example, if you apply the Interaction Supervisor Plug-In: Workgroup license, the user would then see the Agents and Workgroup views without the need to apply any Access Control or a Security Rights.

    Are you wanting them to create views for theirselves or as a template to apply to users?

    I wanted the user to create a view for himself... but the user told me that it was now functionning... without any intervention on my side... weird...
