What I want to do are as follow:

- Retrieve the license allocation as displayed in Interaction Administrator
- Query all licenses of a specified user/agent.

On E3_IC database schema, I checked tables EIACL_CurrentLicenses and EIACL_HistoricalLicenses. However, it didn't help me. So, I decided to go ahead and figure out how to query licenses by using ICELib.

The code samples given in the following link provides user- or license name-based queries. However, what I want is to retrieve the list of all licenses along with their allocation/usage information.

Could you please give me a sample code and/or documentation, which explains how to retrieve license allocation information and how to query licenses of the specified user?

I have figure out how to solve this case. Using ININ.IceLib.Configuration is the key.
