  • 1.  Search by Agent Name?

    Is there capability to search by agent name? Or is the search still like the user list in IA where you can only type the first letter and you jump to that place in the list?  Right now we use Aspect and can pull up the employee's schedule by their name instead of having to search through a list for them.

    Hi Kristin,

    Similar to IA, when searching a schedule in Optimizer typing the first letter of the name moves you to that letter in the alphabet in the list of agent schedules.

    That's too bad. We'd love to see the search function improved. With hundreds of agents it isn't optimal to have to search that way. ​
