    Dear All,
    I would like to request your suggestion for Dialer. I'm facing "Global Log on" issue in the Dialer on some agent. When I click the "Global Log On" show like that " An error occurred while globally logging on to Dialer. Error: "ForbiddenError#403$error.request.accessDenied.noRights: Forbidden error when requesting "$logIn.logIn".". ". I already tried the reset  the campaign and "stop and start" the dialer services in the campaign server  . What should I do for this issue?
