    Hi All,

    I have a question about sending outbound mails using interaction desktop .When i send email using interaction desktop the format of the email changes like spaces , font ...etc. And also when receiving mail with big pictures it was unable to open.

    On the other hand it works fine from interaction connect .

    What could the reason of this issue and how can i resolve it ?
