Hi - I'm looking to see what handler would need to be modified to have the data captured in Eic_CallbackCompletionDisplay displayed in the call log in tracker? We had quite the challenge last year trying to use the callback feature for the first time, as there was no accurate way to identify successful vs failed callback attempts.
While I suspect we could probably get this from the tables, the business is looking to see if access to the same detail can be made available in tracker.
Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
