Since there's no standardized connector to WhatsApp yet, you'll have to create custom handlers (or ICWS | IceLib) and integrate WhatsApp. Besides the obvious functionality you would like within the PureConnect platform, e.g. when to create a new (generic) interaction, where to route the interaction and how to report on that, you'll also need to register with WhatsApp (business).
This will allow you to provide customer support and deliver important notifications to your customers.------------------------------
