    Hi All,

    Im looking for assistance of configuration/customization in Pureconnect Dialer.

    The requirement here is to dial the primary number first ,if primary fails or switched off or busy, system should dial secondary number after 30 mins and vice versa for 2 times.I believe its basic feature in every dialer,need your inputs on achieving this.

    I have uploaded contact list into campaign which holds customer name, Primary number , Secondary number. When i start campaign it dials both the Primary and secondary numbers.

    Within the Campaign click on recall control options on the left hand side.  You will see an Attempt control section, which will allow you to configure how often to call a contact.
