I'm just starting testing of the media helper to see if effectively all the IP traffic related to voice media channel is effectively going through the Media Helper outisde of the VDI
I'm about to compare Purecloud wihtin VDI without Media helper and with Media Helper outisde of VDI.
I'm not network expert but intend to use Wireshark to capture packets and demonstrate Media Helper is indeed routing voice media outside of the VDI
Happy to hear if anyone has already accomplished that
Our VDI team is keen also to hear if there are any particular settings or minimum version of the Horizon platform required
