I need your help to configure the "Called Number" to be displayed on remote station.
Here is the setup:
1- We are integrating PureConnect Dialer with Avaya to use Avaya stations as remote stations.
2- Configured avaya SIP Line for calls to be handled on Avaya.
3- Configured VG SIP Line for Dialing.
4- Agents Login to Avaya as Remote Workstation.
Scenario is as following:
1- Dialer place calls from VG SIP Line and once connected/Live Person , call will be connected to Avaya Remote station which Agent is logged on it.
Issue:
Customer called number doesn't appear on Avaya station and instead appears the 5060 which is the line Value1 i have configured at Avaya SIP Trunk.
Would you please advise how it can be configured to display or send the called number to Avaya station ?!
