Change Agent's Status

    Hİ ,

    Customer uses custom script. When any agent change their status on custom script , the status changes on Interaction Desktop at the sametime.

    For example: Agent changes status from mola to available , we see same changing on Interaction Desktop sametime.

    But when any agent change their status on Interaction Desktop , the status doesn't change on custom scripter at the same time and we see different status on both sides.

    How can we listen actions and change the status for custom script.we want to see same status on custom script if any agent changes their status on Interaction desktop.

    The short answer is "you can't", at least not easily.

    My advice is to move towards using Interaction Connect as your client. This combines both Inbound and Outbound into one place and the status issue you describe (which is relatively common) goes away.
