    Hi all,

    I am currently working on email flow using Interaction attendant email configuration and i have enabled email conversations or "Threaded Email" in Interaction administrator for mail threading purpose. I am using this CID in email Inbound ACD routing. But the CID was adding to the mail Subject when agent sends a mail from Interaction Connect. For ex: i send an email to mailbox after ACD routing according to CID it comes into interaction connect but when agent gives reply back to customer the subject was containing with CID unique code like  " Testing12121 "CID:wpr62ls6sppykr5vgd)" ". How can i remove that CID from the subject which showcased in bold. Thanks in advance.
