Hello. I currently have one user who is having an issue with her response management. On her "favorite" responses she is only seeing 1 out of 4 responses granted by a specific workgroup. I also see that 4 responses are showing that she should not have access to. I verified her access control and security settings, everything is checked that is suppose to be and the 4 she should not see are unchecked. I verified with another user in the same workgroup and it is working fine for the other user. I created the user in our test environment with all the same groups and roles and it worked perfectly fine. I removed her from all her workgroups and re-added her to no effect. My question, is there anywhere else I can check to see if perhaps something is cached or locked? Perhaps on the server?
