Analog station to IP paging doesn't hang up the call

  • 1.  Analog station to IP paging doesn't hang up the call

    we are running a valcom vip-201a IP gateway for Paging throughout of facility. works great. however on occasion the call will not be hung up. we have notice that this is only happening with our analog phones. we then have to go into the ICBM to disconnect the call. any help on things to check would be greatly helpful.
