agent still received call on sip phone and was put on acd-agent not ready

  • 1.  agent still received call on sip phone and was put on acd-agent not ready

    Hello,

    We have users that sometimes are still able to pick the call on there sip phone but are put on acd-agent not ready and later on the call history showed missed call.  What could be causing this issue?

    Any suggestions​

    Hi Horacio - This is something I've seen but only a handful of times.  In all cases it was for our remote (work from home) users where it was found that they had insufficient bandwidth and/or high latency on their home ISP connection.
