    Can the agents in Interaction Desktop, see their calls records result, after the supervisor score it by Quality manager?

    Their is a whole section with in IWP (Interaction Web Portal) that addresses that;  unfortunately IWP is going EOL very soon

    Not for Interaction Desktop.  But have a look at the My Quality Results view in Interaction Connect.  This is something that can be delivered to your agents there.  More information can be found here:
