schedule call back for Manual outbound call

    Hi,

    I am looking for an option to schedule a call back for Manual outbound call,

    For Example i have placed a manual outbound call and no one answered or busy for this call i want reschedule.

    kindly need your support.

    Maybe custom "retry in X min" button to trigger a handler?
    1. Handler could harvest the ANI from the user's interaction and determine future retry time (now+X min). 
    2. Store user, ANI, timestamp in DB, and periodically poll DB for calls that have crossed the future schedule time. 
    3. Create callback on user's queue with the specified ANI.
    Just an idea off the top of my head.
