Maybe custom "retry in X min" button to trigger a handler?
- Handler could harvest the ANI from the user's interaction and determine future retry time (now+X min).
- Store user, ANI, timestamp in DB, and periodically poll DB for calls that have crossed the future schedule time.
- Create callback on user's queue with the specified ANI.
Just an idea off the top of my head.
