Recording isn't getting saved when conference calls are taking in process.

    Hi, can anybody help me with this. We are trying with a inbound call using our DID number with a different line. This attendant profile routes to the subroutine in a way that we are extending this inbound call with a conference tool which gets connected with another outbound call with another different line, and we have used the Record file tool in designer for saving the recording and gave the path for the recording to get saved. It isn't getting saved in the path which we have give.
