  • 1.  Load Balancer with Interaction Connect

    Posted 02-17-2020 11:25
    Hello,

We're looking at deploying Interaction Connect in an environment and would like to understand from those who already have Interaction Connect  if and how they've configured a Load Balancer in their environment.

We want to host Interaction Connect on two IIS Web Servers and then have a load balancer that routes requests to either instances.  I've found nothing in the Genesys documentation that says if this is possible or what is needed to build up such a solution.

At the end, we want to give only a single URL to the users and also have redundancy with 2 IIS servers.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    #Implementation

    Hi Tanmay:

Interaction Connect is a CIC Web Application. For Load Balancing purposes, please check this reference, page 31:

    I expect this helps you.
