Greetings
I have a requirement that if the agent is interacting with customer over chat and if the idle timeout is 10 mins the chat should disconnect with a disconnect message.
Enabling the Idle timeout in Web-parameters will apply globally to chat interaction but in my case , i want to configure timeout worgroup specific.
Kindly advice which handler needs to be customized to achieve desired results.
