    Hi,

    Is it possible to send files from the customer (chatting from webpage) to the agent?.
    We know it is posible to make this from the agent to the customer.

    can you give an example is it related to email or chatting from the website.so that I also have an idea to explore a few things related to sending a file from customer to agent 

    NOTE: There are a lot of formates files let me know exate formate?

    Hi Naveen,

    The idea is that a customer has a webchat session to the Contact Center (from a website) and within that session wants to attach a file.
    For example a PDF or a .docx file.

    Is it possible?
