  • 1.  ICBM Disconnects

    We limit the amount of Supervisors that can disconnect calls, but I believe we have one Supervisor disconnecting calls on agents within ICBM.  Is there a report or SQL query I can run that will allow me to search for a specific user and determine if they are disconnecting calls in ICBM?

    Hi Brad,

    This information is not available in the database so no query or report will help you here. You have to retrieve this information from the trace logs, like session manager of client services.
