Does anyone know how to wipe the current SNMP configuration on the CIC server and start fresh?

There are a couple of options.

    • You can use the "remove" commands in the ININ SNMP console to clear the entries. For example rah (removeacceptedhost). You can access details on these options in the ININ SNMP console help command.
    • You can manually do it in the registry, with all the usual warnings and cautions. These can be found here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SNMP
Suggest you stop all SNMP services, make changes, and then restart.
    Hope that helps.

Thanks this helped to figure out which values were missing in the reg, oddly the community and trap destinations did not get appended even when using acc, aah, etc.
