We have configured out of box "callback" feature. Basic functionally: we ask for 10 digit caller data entry and send interaction to queue.
However, due to the nature of our business, the phone number will always be the main phone number of the site. How can I add a function to ask for the caller name and give a 10sec window to record. the recorded name made available for the agent to list to before hit that "make call now" button.
Has anyone done something like this?
