The error is probably coming from a system outside PureConnect, which is in the call path.
You need to check the signaling messages of a such failed call in the CIC SIP logs to find out which entity is sending the error response containing this error code.
The error code itself means:

Cause No. 47 - resource unavailable, unspecified.This cause is used to report a resource unavailable event only when no other cause in the resource unavailable class applies.----------------

Once the instance that is sending the error is identified, you should follow up with the responsible party.

Does anyone knows the meaning of this error? The CSR can't receive and make external calls using her DNIS. I conducted some internal test calls both inbound and outbound, she was able to pick it up without any issues.
