Hello,
Getting this error message when trying to login to Interaction Connect in CaaS (PureConnect Cloud).
This error message only shows if you wait 5 minutes before attempting to login.
Screen capture is in french but it only says that the session just expired.
Once you click
Connecter (Connect), it redirects to the following web page which is NOT the default Chrome web page : genesys.com/platform/pureconnect
Once there if I click on the bookmark for Interaction Connect everything is fine and I can now login.
Any idea what's the issue here ?
