  • 1.  Interaction Connect-Google Chrome timeout

    Hello,
    Getting this error message when trying to login to Interaction Connect in CaaS (PureConnect Cloud).
    This error message only shows if you wait 5 minutes before attempting to login.

    Screen capture is in french but it only says that the session just expired.
    Once you click Connecter (Connect), it redirects to the following web page which is NOT the default Chrome web page : genesys.com/platform/pureconnect
    Once there if I click on the bookmark for Interaction Connect everything is fine and I can now login.
    Any idea what's the issue here ?

    This one might have been forgotten due to Thanksgiving.
    Hoping to get more traction, if not, I will simply delete it and repost.

    My call center has been experiencing the same issue.  If anyone has ideas on how this timeout can be changed (or knows if it can be changed), it would be very helpful.

    I would recommend opening a Support ticket on this one.
