  • 1.  Wrap Up Code

    Hi

    I have a question:
    If it is possible to arrange the Wrap-up codes according the customers desire, because the system arranges them according to the alphabet.

    I don't beleive so, no.

    Easiest solution, that I can think of, is to prepend with one or two digits (depending how many you have) to force the ordering.

    I arranged them already based on digit but still the same according to the alphabet, or this feature work in English language not for Arabic?

    Mohammad,

    Your screen shot appears to be the Account Code container in IA,  sorts within this interface will not impact how they are displayed in the client.
    For IDesktop you can configure sort by either code/digits or Alphabetic 

    Use Client Configuration in IA or can be done by individual logon, if user has the rights to edit the "General" section Client Config

    I already enabled the check box but still the same according to the alphabet, maybe in Arabic language this feature not work!

    Sajed,

    I just performed some english-language tests and I found that if you change the "Code Label" as Paul suggested (perhaps adding a digit or two at the beginning), that they will sort alphabetically (in this case, numerically).  But only after you exit the Interaction Desktop and come back in.
